Our Executive Chef, born and raised in Vietnam, grew up surrounded by the exquisite flavours of our cuisine. After travelling for almost 20 years, he realised that the treasure of Vietnamese cuisine lies in the harmonious combination of fresh ingredients, natural tastes, and health benefits.

He learned that the main ingredient to incredible Vietnamese recipes is love, which arises from every Vietnamese mum’s little kitchen. This realisation inspired him to infuse every dish at Miss Vietnam Restaurant with the depth and beauty of Vietnamese cuisine.
